Quality is the hallmark of products offered at Universal Home Style. We forthrightly believe that the quintessential superiority of our products would leave you seriously impressed. However, there might be a rare instance when someone somewhere is not satisfied with our products. If the product doesnt match up to your expectations, you may return our products to us subject to the current Return policy.
How to return incorrect goods
Products returned within 15 days of receiving the order only will be accepted back. If you fail to return the product within 15 days of receiving your order, it will be considered that you have purchased the product and are satisfied with its quality and performance.
The products, once used, will be not be accepted back. Only products in original condition will be accepted back. Please not the products must retain stickers, tags, and/or similar markings, which they bear when you received the order.
Before returning goods, you need to ask our customer service department for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We accept only those return packages, which clearly have the relevant RMA, marked on them. To get in touch with our Customer Service Department, go to our Contact Us section.
You must pack the products in the original packing in which you have received them. The package must include all the parts and accessories along with the main product(s) as received in the original order. Products shabbily packed would not be liable for being accepted by us. Also remember to mark the box with the RMA number.
We charge a processing and restocking fee of 20% the cost of returned order for refunding your money. Therefore, you will be returned back 80% of your order value.
Once products returned by you are received and duly inspected and verified by us for acceptance, your money refund value will be issued to you.
Damage/Loss in Shipment
Even though we arrange for best shipping and courier companies to deliver
your products to you, accidents may still occur.
Please inspect all the items for damage upon delivery and make a note of the
defect on the delivery slip, and immediately report breakage or any other problem
to the shipping company.
Defects inflicted during shipping and transportation is the responsibility
of shipping company.
Please note that any distortion, breakage, disfigurement, or defect occurring due to mishandling of product by the user will not be responsibility of Universal Home Style. We will only be responsible for manufacturing defects.
We recommend that you buy shipping insurance for delicate products like crockery
and glass products. You can buy the shipping insurance at our site at the checkout.
The insurance charges will be added to the order at checkout.
